In 2005, Mexicali was born in Auckland’s Princes Wharf with big fresh American-style burritos with frosty margaritas and introduced our winning formula to the Kiwi landscape. Today, there are 14 successful franchised Mexicali outlets around the country; in Auckland, Christchurch, Mount Maunganui and Napier. In fact, Mexicali fans only voice one complaint: we need more Mexicalis!
